
Gambling Policy & Industry Consultant | Professor of Economics
I am a professor in the Department of Economics at the College of Charleston, where I have taught since 2007. I also work as a consultant on the socioeconomic impacts of legalized gambling, gambling policy, and related issues, which I have been studying since 1995.
I have published two books and more than 50 journal articles and book chapters on the socioeconomic effects of gambling, and I am recognized as one of the leading experts in the world on this issue.
